Seller was communicative after I reached out re: delivery ETA. Small marks, general wear/discoloration, and minute water spots visible on shoes, however was easily resolved w/ damp cloth, detergent, lead eraser, and a little love. Final product condition for the lost part matched those of the images included in the listing. Noticed seller took care to put paper stuffing inside/around to prevent further damage prior to being shipped. Fast shipping, arrived on time/earlier than carried stated.
