The bag is beautiful, the small scratch at the top corner is no biggy but I will tell you with such a beautiful items I’d recommend some soft packaging, even if you don’t have a bag. Something cheap would have done good and more tape to secure the box. The box arrived half open and with the purse plainly on sight. With so much dishonesty in this world anyone would have taken it. I gave you 5 stars because it’s a beautiful bag and you shipped it fast! I am so excited to use it. Your the bomb! Thanks
