Brand new; the box had never been opened! Besides the two dishes, the box contained the warranty, promotions of other products, and recipes typical of that era. Shipped promptly. Cost to purchase & ship were very reasonable. Only disappointment (not seller's fault!) is the two pieces do NOT fit together as base and top, which I had assumed. Still, I would buy again because of the unique shape. Highly recommend seller AAA+++.
