It is as described, but I have 2 of these in blue and neutral, same size. But this one is really much bigger and longer. I am 5' even and my aunt had to cut off 13" and hem so it did not drag the ground. Item is as described, but must be a different in some way because its is much larger than the other two made exactly the same from Natural Life. I still like the product, was justso surprised in how differnet the sizing was.
