Such a lovely person to deal with. The shipping took a LOT longer than expected, but through NO fault of the seller (sometimes USPS is truly snail mail). To both of our dismay, they then posted that it had been delivered, when in fact it wasn't, but rather was delivered later the following day, yet she was so thoughtful and understanding with the situation! Thank you for your patience, and being so helpful throughout the process!
