Dress was brand new and arrived super quickly. Very pretty! (The adjustable straps were sewed in wrong and a few seams were coming out but that is NO FAULT of the seller. Just a heads up that Urban Outfitters quality can be a little iffy. I fixed both issues with a needle and thread and now the dress looks great!)
