This is not an issue, but it is something that just threw me for a loop. I received the package in a large chewy pet store cardboard box and didn't realize it was the Timberland boots I had ordered until I opened it. The entire time I was racking my brain trying to remember if I had ordered something from chewy and forgot about it. Lol and then to open the box and see the boots taking up a third of the box. My daughter and I were laughing because the situation was too funny.
