Seller was very honest and upfront on any flaws in product, which are hardly noticeable by the way. This was very much appreciated. Also willing to negotiate within reason. This meant a lot to me as I had one just like it and gave it to my sister as a well deserved gift, even though it was one of my favorites. I would definitely buy again from this seller!
