Came perfect and essentially new (for a bag that is probably 15+ years old now), no smell, literally looks unused. Also the personalized card it came with was the perfect touch. My younger self cannot believe I finally own this bag!

I am super-pleased with this purchase! I had been looking for a large Chloe Satchel and was delighted to find this gorgeous green one, just a few days before my birthday! The leather is so rich and buttery soft, I can barely stand it! :-) Thank you for offering this great item and for fast shipping!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! I had a pair of these that I wore INTO THE GROUND when I worked in food service. The sole was literally falling off but they were my favorite. I now have a fresh pair (may the other pair rent in shoe heaven) that will be preserved and taken MUCH better care of. My heart is full. (I wish Dansko still made this shoe) THANK YOU!!!!
