Brand new item, the actual box came beautifully wrapped, once opening the the box, tissue paper and a bow and a card. Unbelievable presentation super thoughtful buyer! Thank you for making me feel special. I love my sweater shawl!!

The USPS really beat up the package, but it was lovingly Packaged, with a kind note, extra eye hook, and Jordan even cleaned the garment bag. I will defiantly shop with her again!
