The seller is quick to respond to questions, comments and concerns. Took a few days to ship out. However, the sweater is exactly as described in the listing, with no issues. Usps seems to have a total disregard of package handling (they could certainly Aim to Try and tape the package back together.) The Thank you note was a nice touch. Nice to have sellers that appreciate their customers and vice versa. Thank you
