Item not delivered and I can’t figure out how to get a refund. The app is saying it was delivered so it won’t let me see the order number and instead takes me to the rate my purchase page :/ USPS returned this package to the original sender without my knowledge because they were unable to deliver it due to snow. I didn’t realize they only hold it for two weeks and I was out of town for most of that time. I would like to be refunded for this purchase since I was not able to receive it.
