Item was even better in person than in photos. ( I have been searching for this jacket since 2013; the prior one I purchased brand new from a Buckle store was turned into a non-jacket, jacket, via vandalism. ..Nearly 8 years later my heart has mended, and, though the original jacket never can be, that will stay our secret :) ) I greatly appreciate the level of patience and professionalism this seller has demonstrated with this difficult and confusing sale; I made a mistake in ordering from both of their stores, not realizing that it was a listing for the same jacket... but next time I will make NO mistake and gladly repeat business from this amazing seller, (provided they will accept my most sincere apology for the chaos that I and my order created. The delivery time was LIGHTSPEED fast, A+ level of communication ( and here I will emphasize I really wish that when I contacted the seller originally, I had acted much friendlier, and a lot less gaurded/being a jerk; despite this the seller maintained exceptional customer service!) PS I received this jacket, though used, in better condition than the jacket it replaces when I purchased the original brand new... unsure how that is even possible, but this speaks novels to how what degree of care and delicacy the seller surely treats the items she is selling with. I again truly do apologize for the headache I caused, as do I thank you for your professionalism, and the superb, seemingly nearly mint condition that this jacket is in, and for quickly resolving the payment issue I caused as promptly as you did.
