The Oura ring only stays charged for two days and was not in the information( she had no idea about that when she sold it to me ) I emailed the company and said that there was a problem detected in the charging. The seller was very helpful and went above and beyond to help remedy this issue :) Thank You so much ! great seller and would buy from her again
