I love these salt and pepper shakers. They have birds and bees and butterflies here and there on both shakers. I’m not certain of the metal content as I’ve seen similar ones that are represented as pewter. I doubt that I will fill them since pieces of this age could have a mix of metals inside, maybe lead. But I love them very much!
