I received my bag today and I love it I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding of the delivery date and the app stating that the package way deliver when it was not. But in fact the bag is in perfect condition and I am in love with my new Coach Purse thank you so much it was a long and difficult hunt for the perfect purse for it is no longer in store brand new but indeed I have found exactly what i was looking for at a great price. So thank you so much, great packaging, wonderfully kind and professional customer service.
