The purse was absolutely perfect but it Took over 5 weeks to arrive. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and the recipient didn’t even believe I’ve gotten her anything. The seller shipped the item 2 days after I placed the order, but because of Poshmark‘s new shipping and the fact it is coming from Alaska, it took this amount of time. I reached out to Poshmark multiple times and they basically told me “tough luck”. The first time they told me to reach out to them if I hadn’t received it within a month. When I did, they told me “it’s coming just wait” The seller was very kind and tried to get my shipping reimbursed but again, Poshmark would take no responsibility and didn’t seem to care about their customers experience. After this experience, I will be taking my business to Mercari. Seller was great though and product was great too
