I believe I was shipped the wrong item! I received a pair of chestnut tall Uggs that do not match the pictures! Their condition is similar I believe but it is not the item I purchased!! I’m guessing that you were selling another pair of Uggs and accidentally swapped the products, so I doubt there is a way to resolve this issue, but if there IS a way, I’d be happy to work with you to do so. Thank you!!
