No fault of the seller's but USPS damaged the packaging so it took longer than expected. The item was wrapped in plastic and came in excellent condition despite USPS's mishandling of the package. Thank you so much! I have missed my Caribou bag for many years (I wore it out) and am happy to have a brand new one!
