Thank you for the handbag. My only advice is that when shipping a purse like this it needs to not be bent and put in the priority box like that with no tissue or stuffing. The bag came bent and did not appear to be packaged right at all. Next time use a brown box that fits the purse and put some tissue inside or at least some bubble wrap to keep to protected and to retain its shape. It’s little things like that which make a difference. Hope you can accept this constructive feedback and do better next time.
