I don't have any complaints about how the items looked or how it was shipped. All I would say is - this brand must run at least 1 size small, so definitely order up. I wear a 27 in every pair of jeans that I own, and this pair is super tight. Not sure if I will wear not not. I guess that I should have asked for waist measurements. I will always do that from now on.
