Kristi is so sweet and prompt! The boots are PRISTINE! The Kendra style has been discontinued for a few years, and I had the same pair that I absolutely loved. I just recently lost everything in a fire and I was so surprised to find these! In better condition than the ones I had, my size and Kristi left these little squishy toe pads in them that make them even more comfortable than my original pair. They arrived SO quickly, and she threw in a little goody bag for me too 🥰
