isabellascozz was so prompt in responding to all pre and post sales queries. She also fulfilled same/next day shipping and I was so surprised to receive the item within 2 days. We had faced technical difficulties wherein we were seeing two purchase confirmations and I was also charged twice by Poshmark. However, her timely replies helped us resolve the matter smoothly way before Poshmark’s involvement. The item was as described- in mint condition with the plastic still on it.
