Thanks Connie! I already had one and yes, it's tight at first, even when you measure your knee as instructed. It does stretch out after a while, but I think the point is to add stability. I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery on Oct. 14th but meanwhile I need help, and for the "good" knee as well. I would have gotten mine on Amazon again, but that size was out of stock so I googled and THIS ONE showed up! So glad I lucked out. And good luck with your knee as well. Clearly, we weren't designed to last this long :-) Rachel
