The piece fits me perfectly (though a SZ 10, and I wear a 4, I'd counted on its age to be sized smaller, and I've broad shoulders). I'm going to share some advice because I feel it's important--I gave a 5 because I love the piece and I'll be able to tidy it up to a near pristine state, BUT (and one could argue look what you paid for it, what do you expect?), BUT every piece that leaves my closet I work hard to cut all loose threads, use 'The Gleaner' to remove any pilling, use home dry-cleaning or at least Downey spray/wrinkle release and a 20 minute 'fluffing' to remove stale oder, as well as sanitize with a quick spray a Lysol, then I fold with a tissue wrapped piece of cardboard inside garment to keep it from wrinkling in transit, wrap in paper, add a nice card and what I think is a nice gift/s, depending on size of order-but always at least one. Do you NEED to do exactly what I do? Of course not-but tossing the item in a box with nothing at all-not even one sheet of tissue around it- was a bit 'Meh' and does not make me feel connected to you/closet or dying to get back to it. Obviously the choice is yours, and you may well be over-run with orders and never need to add customer service to your items- but for me at least, lack of was a turn-off. There may be reasons why you cannot get to a Dollar Store to grab tissue paper or Thank-you notes-so that's why I stuck to rating the item. I'm going through some very very stressful family issues and though I've now nearly 200 pieces for my closet, for the life of me I cannot get them properly posted- so no one knows everyone's situations, thus I don't want to judge you harshly without knowing yours. It's only my opinion. I do love the jacket and am glad to have purchased it. Thanks for finding it and offering it for sale! 💚💗
