Seller refused to communicate or respond to questions about condition, ignored reasonable request for photos. She was active but just ignored multiple offers and did not respond to comments. I had to contact to prompt shipping. Photos provided taken at an angle to hide scuff marks. Refused to share photo of soles of shoes. After sale completed, seller acknowledged she was not familiar with condition, just selling what she received from someone who “moved away.” I purchased due to size and color restrictions needed for a specific event. CLEARY USED SHOES SHOULD COST YARD SALE PRICES.
