Could be packed with more care. The shoes look beautiful and hardly worn, but they were jostled a lot in shipping and looks like the gemstones scraped up their opposite shoes a bit and a gemstone fell off but it was loose in the box and I was able to put it back on. I just think a little tissue paper around each shoe could have really helped. But the shoes are still gorgeous and perfectly fine for my date night, thanks!
