The blouse is a different design than I expected. Your mention that it felt like velvet, and the unbuttoned/open styling lead me towards a specific, heavier material; and the dark navy color hid the embossed/punch detailing, which would've pointed me towards the actual style. If you had buttoned it up prior to shipping it would've been more presentable (and promoted positive feelings over negative). It's still a nice blouse, and I appreciate you accepting my offer. :)
