Was a little disappointed it was not shipped in bubble wrap or a box, but a plastic envelope duct taped. USPS delivers free boxes and does free scheduled pick up shipping at your residence (in most areas), which is what can be done during this pandemic. I would gladly wait the full extended 10 days to ship for secure packaging I paid for. Seller did not respond to my inquires, despite to others. I would have also accepted if seller wasn't willing to do business during this time. I understand these are trying times but I really did need shoes. The shoes are in exact condition as described so I'm happy about that. Thank you so much for taking the effort to send these out to me anyway.

Thank you so much for being patient. I was out of town last week and my mail was held until today. The shoes are so cute and in great condition.
