Wow, I typically don't write much for my reviews but I just had to for this particular order. The package was delivered on time and I could tell it had packed with care the minute I opened it. The purse itself was put in a lovely sheer drawstring bag with it's own personal bag tag and wrapped neatly in packing paper. The purse looks as if I had just picked it off the shelf at a Kate Spade store, it's in excellent condition. The little thank you note and personal touches really made the whole buying experience a great one, and I would definitely purchase another bag from this seller. 10/10! Thank you!
