They’re not what I expected but that’s the company not the seller. These are Uggs. The first pair I have ever bought. I got a great deal and they were in excellent condition. But I learned that Uggs are made small to everyone out there. I am a 10. I was afraid they might be a little big at a 11 but they are still too small. They go on my feet but too snug to get my toes out. So not the sellers fault. I am extremely satisfied with the condition and the price.
