There was a discrepancy with the order at Posh Headquarters while they were authenticating. Karen reacted swiftly to my concerns and was responsive to all inquiries. She noticed she had sent a different strap than what was advertised in the listing. Immediately she offered to send it to me directly. At first, I was hesitant because lately there have been a couple instances on here where the seller never followed through. However, in this case she owned up to her every word. Karen has been nothing short of kind, caring and conscientious. Poshmark on the other hand should rethink how they solely cater to the seller. Not sure how I felt "protected" as a buyer when none of my inquiries were addressed. Karen, again, thank you. I will be certain to cherish it for some time.
