Actually I was overall pleased with the Ryka sandals. They were clean and packaged well. They are great quality sandals--I have a very similar pair I've worn for years--that's why I was happy to find another pair almost like them--I've worn mine for probably 6 or 7 years! I was a little disappointed to see that the fabric on the velcro strap at the back and the fabric around the ankle area was quite worn. I couldn't see that in the picture online. But the price was still a bargain for a good quality pair of sandals!
