I’m rating you highly because I really appreciate the fast shipping and the pretty jewelry. I do want to say that the lovely cross earrings when they came out of their packaging. The earring hooks were completely broken. I’m taking it to my jeweler just to sort of get new hooks on it, but that was a little disappointing. also, the silver necklace is absolutely lovely, but you might wanna double check because when I was just talking to my friend who is a jeweler, she said that is a beautiful necklace but I do not think it is 925 Sterling silver the heart necklace is adorable. I could be wrong but it is so shiny that I’m not sure I love the necklace anyway you just may want to double check to make sure these items are as you’re being told they are or as you advertise I love those cross earrings and they can get fixed for a nominal fee, but it was disappointing. They literally came out with the hooks completely off the earring. I just wanted you to know thank you so much for doing business with me and the very fair pricing.
