I loved the personal touches. The shoe box was gift wrapped and there was a matching personalized thank you card. The shoes were brand new, complete with the shoe forms, which are used to maintain the shape of the shoes. Lastly, everything was clean and had no odor. I've purchased from a few sellers in the past, and the item(s) held the scents of the seller's home/storage area (smoke,pet odors, etc.)
