UPDATED REVIEW: in my opinion @glawmval-ue is Posher of the year!!! Unbelievably amazed at her undeniable dedication to wanting to do the right thing to make the customer satisfied and happy. The backstory, I purchased a hat that was damaged during Shipping because one of her helpers used the wrong packaging. I gave her a good review with the comment, Use a box next time. And a few days later, I had a brand new hat from Glam in perfect condition. And that's how you do business!!
