The description said the COACH bag was hardly used which is what I trusted the most. Bag is ripped in the bottom center where most weight will be supposed and isn’t usable!! Noticed when looking inside and saw daylight. Update: the seller is being very courteous in understanding my product concern and is doing everything to make the above correct and I appreciate her generosity. I am adjusting the rating.
