Hello! Your Daniella Ortiz purse just arrived in excellent condition ; thank you! This bag, the Lauren bag, and as shown in the video for this bag on the Daniella Ortiz website, came originally with a shoulder strap so that it could be used hands free, if needed, rather than The hardware to snap that on is on your bag that just arrived as well. By any chance, do you have that and it was just o relooked in the shipping? I do use the longer one on any bag, both for work and travel. Please let me know at your earliest convenience.
