Just a fyi. Package was torn open, one shoe, strap and paper were sticking out of package. The strap with the buckle was missing the buckle. I believe it must have been torn off. I went straight to the shoe repair store and they were able to put another one on. I would recommend shipping in a box. Things happen so out of our control so I still gave a 5 star. Although if he were not able to fix I would have been really upset. I would rec shipping shoes in a box. Thank you for getting to me on time.
