Item looks new and is in original packaging... but the inner lining of the heels started tearing/flaking off within the first hour of walking in them. Not sure if this is due to the heels being stored away for a long time. Sadly, I will be tossing these heels out within the month. They're no longer in a condition to return or resell after 1 wear. Aside from that issue the description and condition of these heels matched as advertised.
