Love the ankle weights. My doctor suggested adding weights when I walk our dog--and the matching dumb bells were a wonderful surprise. It was a very sweet surprise, especially as I've recently had a shoulder replacement and need to work on strengthening the arm. They are perfect. Thank you for the care taken to package so neatly, and to ship so quickly, and for letting me snoop in your closet! You are a very kind person, and I do thank you from the bottom of my heart!
