Received my shirt promptly, in a soft plastic bubble-lined mailer. The shirt is beautiful-just as described-was clean, nice-smelling, neatly folded, buttoned up, and in a clear plastic inner bag for extra protection, that also had a thank you sticker! Pleasant buying experience! If you come across any more Riders by Lee women's short sleeve button down shirts, I would be interested, for sure.
