Really cute sandals; however, strap is unusually loose (to the point they won’t stay on my feet) and there’s no way to further tighten it… So I’m trying to figure out how they can be adjusted in order to make them work. Everything looks great visibly but I think the shoes themselves must be factory defects. 😕. Seller shipped promptly and was responsive when I brought up the concern. She was obviously not aware of any fit or quality issues so I think the high rating is still deserved.
