Stunning piece. Truly. The condition is exceptional, and I feel lucky to have come across something this special. What made it even better was the backstory in the original listing. Hearing that it had been owned since college in the late ’80s or early ’90s and remained with the original owner all that time is incredible. You just don’t run into that very often anymore. So many times when buying secondhand, you have no clue where something has been — whether it was cherished, forgotten in a box, or sitting in storage for decades. Knowing this one had a real history with someone who kept it and cared for it adds a level of authenticity you simply can’t manufacture. Moments like that are a big part of what makes collecting so rewarding.
