Words just cannot describe how fantastic you are as a seller and with that gorgeous bag and all the beautiful things you sent with it... it may sound silly but I absolutely teared up and it just tells me that it was definitely a blessing to me to find you. I'm definitely not a materialistic person but this bag was so special to me a long long time ago and I'm so thankful that I was able to replace it from you.
