My Coach Slim Soho Duffle, 1452, is in beautiful condition, other than the needed minor repair. Which was absolutely mentioned in the listing. The leather is soft and supple. I love the color. I love the bag!! I’m blown away that my purchase arrived so fast, 3 days!! It was perfectly packaged as well. It was the customer service that I’m most impressed by though. Kathleen was friendly, answered all my questions and even added a photo to the listing for me. She also included a handwritten thank you card. Top notch, super positive, A+ shopping experience!!
