Seller was very cooperative and responded to all my questions very quickly and her communication was positive and accomodating. I have had now two bad experiences on poshmark and it is good to know there are honest sellers out there. Not to mention the product was as described, brand new w/o box. She accepted offer right away and the price for these boots was so reasonable. I know because I have the same pair for years. Katie
