I always give 5 stars no matter what. I feel this is a second hand store so nothing is going to be perfect, butttt with that saying, I would tell you to at least take a look at your clothes before you ship them out. The sweater is covered with your hair. I picked it up with my finger tips, put it in a bag and am taking it to a dry cleaners tomorrow. Let them deal with it. I have a bad gag reflex....🤣😳 but just thought I would pass that on....I know some people would give bad ratings, that is not fair....and it only hurts people's feelings. I have had it done to me (twice) and not a good feeling. 😕 so I want you to have a great experience from here on out!
