This skort is exactly as described- new with tags. I had read the reviews for this piece and knew it ran small. The seller and I communicated regarding additional measurements and I decided to make the purchase. It fits perfectly, love it! Thank you for shipping right away, the neat and tidy packaging and of course your great communication. This purchase was a pleasant experience and I recommend doing business with this vender. Good luck with your small business!
