I was hopeful for a partial refund of shipping and handling, due to the fact the package arrived over a week late. Poshmark said it was up to the seller and my request was never acknowledged when I messaged her. Besides the inconvenience of having to buy another birthday gift for my daughter, the purse is beautiful.
